How to safely store hydrogen

The team of Dr. Justyna Krzak from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is working on improving the efficiency of composite high-pressure hydrogen storage tanks. This is another step towards using this raw material as the fuel of the future.

At present, hydrogen is being used by international corporations, the richest countries in the world and the European Union. The environmentally neutral fuel is to help us achieve the climate targets adopted in the European Green Deal in the future . By 2030, we are supposed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55 percent. compared to 1990 levels
